Distribution of the 2013 Quarter 1 Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (CGDP) quarterly reports to PART D sponsors was completed on Tuesday April 30, 2012. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt.
As stated in the Manufacturer Agreement, Manufacturers have 38 days from date of report receipt to make payment and 5 business days from the payment date to submit a Payment Confirmation. Part D sponsors have 5 business days from receipt of payment to file their Payment Confirmation Report. The deadline for payments for Q1 2013 invoices is Saturday, June 8, 2013 and Payment Confirmation files are due to the TPA no later Thursday June 14, 2013..
